Hello! I’m Liz Dahmen, professional organizer and entrepreneur. I grew up in Seattle and then moved to New York in 1996 to attend NYU. I received my BFA from the Tisch School of the Arts and my MA from the Steinhardt School of Education. While I was in graduate school I started a small green-cleaning company. Many of my clients would ask me for advice on organizing their kitchens and closets, and I soon realized people needed the organizing help just as much as they needed the cleaning. I closed down my cleaning business when I finished graduate school and went on to become a high school art teacher and administrator for six years.
I loved teaching, but was curious about how to apply my skills in new directions. I decided I would focus on using my skills as an artist, educator, administrator and a household manager to help companies and individuals realize their productivity goals. Make Space LLC was born in 2010, and we’ve been solving problems ever since.
I love meeting new people and encourage you to talk to me and tell me how we can work together. I help people get things done.
What do you want to finish?
